HPE has announced plans to acquire Nimble Storage, a leading provider of predictive all-flash and hybrid-flash storage solutions. This acquisition builds on HPE’s strategy to make Hybrid IT simple through software defined infrastructure. The transaction is expected to close in April 2017, subject to regulatory approvals and other customary closing conditions.
